Reaseach papers on Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs)

SARMs work by stimulating androgen receptors specifically in muscle and bone cells and assisting with muscle and also bone growth, while having low effects on the other cells in the human body (unlike regular steroids which place high stress on human cells). They have a special affinity for certain tissues like muscle and bone, but not for others, like the prostate, liver, and also the brain. This means that a more rapid muscle and bone growth can be gained without unwanted growth in other parts of your body.

Sarms UK also said in some clinical trails that SARMs also don’t break down into unwanted molecules that can cause serious side effects, like DHT and estrogen in men as easily as anabolic steroids do. Also, because SARMs can be less powerful than regular steroids, they don’t suppress natural testosterone production as heavily as some steroids, making them easier to recover from and rarely requiring any post-cycle therapy (PCT).

Synthesis and trafficking of the tonoplast potassium channel AtTPK1
(1) Istituto di Biologia e Biotecnologia Agraria, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Milan, Italy (2) Institut fur Biochemie und Biologie, Universitaet Potsdam, Potsdam-Golm, Germany

Sorting signals of tonoplast proteins and the pathway they follow through the endomembrane system are still poorly characterized. Using Brefeldin A (an inhibitor of the Golgi-mediated traffic) we showed that a Golgi-dependent pathway for tonoplast delivery may exist. Then we generated various chimeric TPK1-TPK4 fusions, exchanging various domains. We observed that the cytosolic, C-terminal domain of TPK1 is sufficient to re-direct the plasma membrane TPK4 to the tonoplast.

Anti-inflammatory activity of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. heart-wood
L. M. College of Pharmacy

The heart-wood of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. is reported to be used in traditional medicinal practices, of which anti-inflammatory is one. The present work evaluates the effect of the heart-wood extract on the carrageenan induced rat paw edema. The drug was found to be active at lowest of 3 doses tried. the drug can be said to posse anti-inflamatory activity but needs further evaluation of discover the pathway of the same.

Peptide Studies on BPC-157 for stomach ulcers, intestinal damage and inflammatory disorders

A team of young researchers from a peptides company have recently conducted rodent trail studies on the BPC-157 that shown it has protective effects not only on the stomach but extending beyond and into the intestinal tract. BPC-157 has also been shown to benefit stomach ulcers , intestinal damage such as fistulas and some inflammatory disorders, and can also have benefits on bone and joint healing and growth rates, as well as organ damage. It’s also shown some influences on the brain. Researchers have observed marked protective effects when BPC-157 is administered to rats alongside a research toxin or damaging surgical procedure.
