A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for a Senior HR Generalist; to work with a leading global provider of technical computing and model-based design software and ideally you will have a background of High Tech or software house employment.
You will be required to manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and closing candidates, emphasising quality and direct sourcing.
You must be self-assured, have competent knowledge and be confident in the implementation of Employment Law, Employee Relations, HR projects, compensation, benefits, payroll and HR information systems.
Partnering with the hiring manager, you will facilitate the interviewing process with the local team and in other countries including USA and Sweden on occasion.
A strong candidate will have a hands-on and consultative approach with a broad HR generalist background.
You will be educated to BS degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field, be CIPD qualified and have a minimum of 5-7 years experience.
