SAS Statistical Programmers. Through analysis and reporting on all aspects of clinical trials you will be involved in varied projects at differing stages of drug research and development. In some cases as an experienced statistician, with versatile programming skills, you will be expected to liase with external clients and regulatory agencies. This will also bring about opportunities for managing projects and budgets, which will require a friendly communicative nature. Ideally you should have recognised qualification or certification in statistics or mathematical analysis in addition to versatile skills in math and the development of statistical tools / software. Positions are available in Cambridge, Southampton and Glasgow. Abilities with S + / R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab or similar would be advantageous. Working on behalf for major pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and medical device companies you will play a crucial role in evaluating, analysing and interpreting a wide variety of data providing and developing tools and techniques to improve reporting efficiency and delivery of more reliable results. There are opportunities for all levels of competency and even though SAS is essential, SPSS considered.
