Quality Assurance (QA) Managers and Auditors required for large CRO, project based, performing site and internal facility and system audits across all operations and programmes. Interaction with key players, operations managers and represent the quality function to clients. Covering all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing and documentation. Ability to lead a wide range of audit activities, assist the Executive Director, plan audit programmes, review results and recommend and implement improvement strategies. You will also play a key role during client audit and regulatory inspection activities. A passion for quality is required, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, precision and accuracy. Life Sciences graduate with up to at least 5 years experience of multi-national clinical studies / research (CRA, Project Manager) and Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation (CRO). Plan - Do - Check - Act (PDCA) approach and ensure product fulfills or exceeds customer expectations. Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, email, and a full driving license. Excellent knowledge of International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines. You will deal with the whole process from failure testing, statistical control, company standards and total quality control.
