Chemspeed Technologies provides workstations for fully automated and unattended synthesis that automate integrated workflows from reagent preparation to synthesis, work-up and analysis.

SWAVE Microwave Synthesizer combines the Initiator™ synthesizer from Biotage with Chemspeed’s Accelerator technology.. With this new workstation, microwave-assisted synthesis as well as the time-consuming preparation, work-up and analysis steps can be entirely automated:

• Reaction preparation (automated addition of liquid or solid reagents)
• Vial transfer to and from the microwave cavity
• Multi-step heating profiles, intermediate addition of further reagents to the reaction mixture
• Work-up steps for the isolation and/or purification of the synthesis product (like SPE or online HPLC injection)
• Online and offline analysis
