Trainee Regulatory Associate Central Scotland, West Lothian, £22-25,000

An excellent opportunity for a high calibre candidate looking to move into regulatory affairs. You will join a highly experience team and benefit from extensive training to enable you to perform the role of regulatory affairs officer.

Previous experience in regulatory affairs is preferred, but if you are a quick learner with a background in clinical or pre-clinical pharmaceutical research and you can prove you interest and desire for regulatory affairs then this role could be for you.

You will join an experienced regulatory team and benefit from training in all aspects of the preparation of regulatory dossiers for clinical trials and marketing authorisations in the human pharmaceutical area. Your role will be to gather and compile data and assist in the preparation of the dossiers. You will write reports and summaries so must have strong technical writing skills.

You will assist in the regulatory guidance of clinical trials in multiple countries around the world. This will involve analysing lots of different legislation and regulatory requirements and then gather the required data and information of compilation into a dossier.

You will receive excellent training from some of the industries most experienced professionals. To be considered for this role you will be an MSc or PhD graduate in a chemistry, pharmacy, pharmacology, clinical or toxicology related subject and have a strong interest in regulatory affairs. You may have previous experience in a clinical or pharmaceutical research environment that has provided experience and insight into regulatory affairs.

You will have excellent communications skills, be highly motivated, able to multi-task and prepared to learn quickly and make the most of training provided.
