Training is a very important part of any company’s success, development and growth.
A leading developer and supplier of technical computing software is looking for a Training Services Engineer to coach its staff and customers in area’s such as Signal Processing, Communications and Embedded Software Development.
Up to 50% travel may be involved for courses that are delivered at a customer site. The rest of your time will be spent on preparing and customising the courses to meet special customer requirements, developing new course material including presentation slides, programs, application examples and simulation tools and working alongside other teams to enhance the overall impact of the training services.
The courses you will teach will include MATLAB and Simulink for signal processing, Simulink S-Functions, Stateflow, Real-Time workshop and Simulink for Communications Systems.
In addition to the training, you will be expected to work with other members of the engineering and sales teams in order to drive forward the adoption of the company’s products.
An ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in and engineering or scientific discipline and a minimum of 2 years experience.
It is essential that you have MATLAB and Simulink experience and knowledge of at least one programming language such as C. Strong presentation and communication skills are needed coupled with the ability to deliver training to a highly technical audience
