Available world-wide, the Gyan range of Flash Chromatography Instrumentation is designed to purify compounds from a few milligram’s right up to around 240g. Shown here is the new 140mm diameter, 2.5Kg system introduced to compliment the successful 80mm JumboFlash.
A novel and patented design enables 360o compression of the flash cartridges to dramatically increase the column efficiency and hence the amount of sample that can be loaded.
Used with a specially designed range of zero maintenance flash pumps, isocratic or gradient separations are easily achieved with flow rates from 20mls/min to over 1000mls/min.
Software to enable flash simulations directly from TLC plates, loading calculations and control of pumps, fraction collection and back-flushing is also available.
